Design

Create a new home that would generate more lead conversions for the flow of new campaigns.

In the process to understand the current pain points, I used the benchmark method, followed by mapping the current creation flows, in addition to studying the behavior of users brought by marketing.

After analyzing the data collected, it was understood that it was not just elements of the home that were keeping users away from creating their campaigns, which had more than 80% dropouts.

I proposed that we also make discoveries to improve the creation flow, organizing deliveries within the timelines to be followed.

After creating the wireframes for the entire flow, bringing the mapped solutions, we proceed to create the high-fidelity prototype, carrying out quantitative tests with users to come up with the best possible proposal.

MAPPED IMPROVEMENTS

Redesign with reorganization of visual elements highlighted on the home page

Bring testimonials from successful cases on the platform in the same area as the main CTA to start creating a new campaign

Generate user confidence through pre-registration for a new campaign, where the form would be built intuitively, making the journey easier and shorter.

Transform the campaign maintenance and creation dashboard, adding intuitiveness, minimalist design and organization in simpler steps.

We then carried out interviews with platform users and potential leads to analyze and understand their reasons and opinions about possible improvements.

From there, we begin the process of ideating solutions to improve the number of conversions on the website and increase the creation of new campaigns.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

After the created solutions have been implemented, we obtain the result of
